Intro to water bath canning | Master Food Preserver Workshop

Join the Master Food Preservers for this engaging and informative workshop on the basics of water bath canning.

What you’ll do:
- Learn the safe way to preserver foods with water bath canning.
- Learn what foods can be safely canned without a pressure cooker
- Master the art of making homemade pie filling that’s shelf-stable and delicious.

Participants take home a jar of pie filling, type of fruit to be determined.

Cost: $10 per person
